1.My favourite sport我最喜歡的運動

Basketball is my favourite sport . I always wear a T-shirt and shorts to play basketball. I can throw the basketball in the net. I think it is easy, but some people think it is difficult. I can catch the basketball ,too. On Sundays，I am a basketball player. I always play with my friends. I like to watch basketball games on TV.

籃球是我最喜歡的運動。我總是穿T恤和短褲打籃球。我能把籃球扔進網(wǎng)里。我認為很容易，但有些人認為很難。我也可以接住籃球。在星期天，我是個籃球運動員。我總是和朋友們一起玩。我喜歡看電視上的籃球比賽。

My favourite sports star is Zhang Jike. He was born in Shandong. He began to play ping-pong at five years old. He is 1.81 metres tall. He works very hard. He won many games. He is good at playing ping-pong.He is famous all over the world.

我最喜歡的體育明星是張繼科。他出生在山東。他五歲開始在家里打乒乓球。他才1.81米高。他工作很努力。他贏了很多比賽。他擅長打乒乓球。他舉世聞名。

3.How to be healthy如何保持健康Everyone wants to be strong and healthy. How to be healthy?I eat good food and I always have breakfast. I often eat vegetables and fruits. I get up and go to bed early everyday. I walk to school in the morning.Walking is exercise. I also play basketball with my friends.

每個人都想變得強壯和健康。如何保持健康？我吃的食物很好，我總是吃早餐。我經(jīng)常吃蔬菜和水果。我每天早起早睡。我早上步行上學(xué)。散步是運動。我也和我的朋友打籃球。

4.MyDay我的一天

I go to school five times a week, from Monday to Friday. I get up at 6:30 in the morning. First, I wash my face and brush my teeth. Then I have breakfast. After that，I go to school. I work hard at school. At 4:00, school is over. Sometimes I play football with my friends at school. I do my homework and help my parents after dinner. This is my happy day.

我每周上學(xué)五次，從星期一到星期五。我早上六點半起床。首先，我洗臉?biāo)⒀?。然后我吃早餐。之后，我去上學(xué)。我在學(xué)校努力學(xué)習(xí)。4點，放學(xué)了。有時我在學(xué)校和朋友踢足球。晚飯后我做家庭作業(yè)和幫助父母。今天是我快樂的一天。

5.My favourite sport我最喜歡的運動

I like sports very much. I like ping-pong, football and swimming. But my favourite sport is ping-pong, because I think it is fun and easy. It can make my body strong and healthy. I often play ping-pong with my dad in the morning. After class, I also play ping-pong with my friend. We have fun together.

我非常喜歡運動。我喜歡乒乓球、足球和游泳。但是我最喜歡的運動是乒乓球，因為我認為它很有趣，很容易。它能使我的身體強壯健康。我早上經(jīng)常和爸爸打乒乓球。下課后，我還和朋友打乒乓球。我們在一起玩得很開心。

6.Summer fun夏天的樂趣

Summer is fun. I like summer very much. In summer，it is hot and sunny. Sometimes it rains. I like to wear my T-shirt and shorts in summer. I like to eat ice cream and watermelon. I often go to swim in the sea and play on the beach with my family. I like summer so much!

夏天是有趣的。我非常喜歡夏天。夏天，天氣炎熱，陽光燦爛。有時下雨。夏天我喜歡穿t恤和短褲。我喜歡吃冰淇淋和西瓜。我經(jīng)常去海里游泳，和我的家人在海灘上玩。我非常喜歡夏天!

7.My summer holiday我的暑假Summer holiday is coming，F(xiàn)irst I will learn to play the piano from my cousin. She is good at it. Next I will invite my grandparents to my house and we will eat big dinners and talk happily together. I miss them very much. Then I will go on a trip to Shanghai with my parents in August. It will be a wonderful summer holiday.

暑假就要來了，首先我要跟我表弟學(xué)彈鋼琴。她很擅長這個。接下來，我將邀請我的祖父母來我家，我們將吃大餐，在一起愉快地交談。我非常想念他們。然后我將在八月份和我的父母去上海旅行。這將是一個美好的暑假。

8.My healthy life我的健康生活

I live a healthy life. I get up at 6:00 in the morning. I have breakfast seven times a week. I like exercise， because exercise helps make my body healthy and strong. I like running and walking. I walk about 50 minutes a day. I play basketball and ping-pong， but my favourite sport is ping-pong.

我過著健康的生活。我早上6點起床。我一周吃七次早餐。我喜歡運動，因為運動使我的身體健康和強壯。我喜歡跑步和散步。我每天大約走50分鐘。我打籃球和乒乓球，但我最喜歡的運動是乒乓球。
