一夜之間，核酸亭撤去了，一些人，一些地方開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)讓人后怕的歡呼。另一些地方則還在警惕的觀望。那些全面放開(kāi)的城市，也就是既撤銷(xiāo)了核酸點(diǎn)，公共場(chǎng)所又不查驗(yàn)核酸證明的城市，人間煙火味日漸明顯。

有網(wǎng)友說(shuō)：看著撤銷(xiāo)了核酸點(diǎn)、小區(qū)門(mén)口不再攔著掃碼出示行程卡，突然有點(diǎn)恍惚，大家自由出行的日子好像是很久之前的事了。

明確四方（即地方、直管部門(mén)、用人單位、個(gè)人）的責(zé)任，不得采取過(guò)多的政策措施。

take excessive policy steps, 義為“采取/實(shí)施過(guò)多/過(guò)分的政策措施”，釋譯了“層層加碼”的意思。
